支持措施: When the College receives a report of gender-based misconduct supportive measures to prevent further acts of misconduct and to provide a safe educational and/or work environment are implemented as necessary. The College will determine the necessity and scope of any supportive measures on a case-by-case basis. Even when a person involved in the 第九条 process does not specifically request that protective action be taken, the College may choose to impose supportive measures at its discretion to monitor the 安全 of any individual, 更广泛的大学社区, 或者审查过程的完整性.
To request a supportive measure or interim action, individuals should contact the 第九条 Coordinator or Deputy 第九条 Coordinator for assistance.
